About the role#
This position supports the Management Improvement Team at Inteplast Group. You will work on-site in Livingston, New Jersey, helping with various administrative and technical tasks. This is a paid, full-time role with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with improvements to Information Technology, software, processes, internal controls, and quality.
- Enter invoice payments as required.
- Use office equipment like laptops, copy machines, and telephones.
- Work with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and AS/400 systems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- Consistent and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours when necessary.
- Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain productive workplace interactions.
Location & details#
- Location: Livingston, New Jersey.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: 16 USD per hour.
