About the role#
This is a temporary, paid position within our administration department. You will support the Inteplast Traffic Group by assisting with various daily functions and marketing tasks.
What you'll do#
- Conduct the annual AmTopp customer service survey.
- Create and deliver a PowerPoint presentation summarizing survey results to the team.
- Assist with billing tasks and general clerical data entry for the marketing department.
- Take on additional special projects as time permits.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a college student, ideally majoring in marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfort using email, the internet, and standard office equipment like laptops, copiers, and telephones.
- Dependable attendance and the flexibility to work non-standard hours when necessary.
- Ability to manage job-related stress and maintain productive interactions with coworkers.

- This role is based on-site in Livingston, New Jersey.
- This is a full-time position with a rolling term.
