About the role#
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work directly with our Account Management and Business Development teams. You will contribute to projects that impact our daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in the logistics sector. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Support the Account Management and Business Development teams with ongoing projects and client-focused activities.
- Track project progress and coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales, operational, and customer performance metrics to find trends.
- Collect and maintain data to support business decision-making.
- Keep information accurate and up-to-date within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist with lead management, including the qualification and routing of new opportunities.
- Help with process improvement initiatives to support operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business updates for various stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or team-based work is an asset.
