About the role#
As an Operations Analyst Intern, you will work on projects that influence how we operate. This role involves contributing to our Control Tower team by focusing on planning, execution, and control. You will gain hands-on experience in the logistics sector and work with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business performance to find areas for improvement.
- Perform data analysis to provide recommendations that increase productivity and profitability.
- Build reports and presentations to share your findings.
- Work with different teams to put process improvements into action.
- Join the Command Center initiative during peak seasons.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Experience or a strong interest in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Power BI is considered an asset.
