About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will contribute to real projects that shape our daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience within our logistics and supply chain environment, allowing you to build your skills while working on administrative and process-driven tasks.
What you'll do#
- Prepare HR documentation, such as employment confirmations, leave forms, promotions, and transfers.
- Manage employee records to ensure data accuracy and audit organizational charts.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave policies and general HR matters.
- Coordinate exit interviews by sending questionnaires and updating internal systems.
- Maintain weekly reports and update HR dashboards.
- Assist with occupational health and safety communications and follow-ups.
- Support the management of work permit and visa applications.
- Collaborate with the team on various HR initiatives and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or post-graduate certificate in human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects accurately.
- A proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.
