About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will contribute to real projects that shape our operations. This role offers hands-on experience in a logistics environment where you will support managers and engage with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Support managers with employee relations, team management, and performance development.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and organizational strategies.
- Manage internal employee movements such as transfers and promotions.
- Help track employee performance and attendance through data collection and reporting.
- Generate and analyze HR performance indicators.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain accident records for audits.
- Promote employee experience through various engagement programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of a bachelor degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work on-site in Quebec.
- Strong teamwork skills, initiative, and flexibility.
- Knowledge of human resources management systems like Workday is considered an asset.
