About the role#
As a Data Analyst intern at Intact, you will join a team of digital and data experts. You will work on projects that support our operations and provide value to our customers. This internship offers the opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment while contributing to technical solutions.
What you'll do#
- Create and publish dashboards using Adobe Analytics Customer Journey Analytics.
- Develop implementation guides and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Perform quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor and analyze trends, explain anomalies, and provide recommendations.
- Build and maintain a data inventory and track key performance indicators.
- Present data findings to various internal audiences.
- Create and maintain documentation for training and audit requirements.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet partner needs.
- Collaborate with team members to create reports in Power BI.
- Provide support for ad hoc data analysis and implementation tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Available to work full-time (35 hours per week) during the Winter 2027 term.
- Must be an active student or returning to school in Summer or Fall 2027.
- Bilingualism is required for this role in Quebec.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proactive and energetic approach to tasks.
- Previous experience in data analysis, analytics tools, or tag-management is an asset.
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or Python is an asset.
