About the role#
As a Rotational Sales and Marketing Intern, you will work on projects across several teams, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales Engineering, and Sales Performance Improvement. This internship provides exposure to how we support small and midsize businesses with human resource services and technology. You will rotate through departments to gain practical experience while contributing to our current business goals.
What you'll do#
- Complete projects by applying your academic knowledge to meet deadlines and support department objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to solve business problems and share information.
- Examine various marketing functions, such as brand marketing, communications, public relations, events, and channel partnerships.
- Assist in driving the strategy and execution of business development initiatives.
- Track the effectiveness of programs and prepare reports on key performance indicators.
- Identify and recommend improvements for processes and programs.
- Attend events designed to connect interns with associates across the company.
- Provide feedback on the internship program to help us improve future iterations.
What you'll need#
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- You are currently pursuing or have already obtained a bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with customer relationship management software.
- The ability to learn new software applications as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship position.
