About the role#
This is a rotational internship where you will work on projects across several Human Resources teams. You will gain exposure to Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, and Payroll Administration. You will complete assignments that support current business needs while learning the practical application of HR policies and programs.
What you'll do#
- Apply up-to-date knowledge to complete work assignments and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with others to solve business problems.
- Communicate progress and share information with coworkers and customers.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Escalate issues or risks when necessary.
- Seek and respond to performance feedback.
- Observe and learn about liability management, performance measurement, and policy development.
- Assist in implementing programs to enhance productivity, such as handbooks and job descriptions.
- Learn the relationship between HR and Payroll, including benefits management and payroll processing.
- Attend events designed to connect interns with associates.
- Provide feedback on the internship program itself.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience using customer relationship management software.
- Ability to learn new application programs as needed.

- This position is located in Florham Park, New Jersey.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
