About the role#
This rotational internship offers hands-on experience through assignments and projects designed to build professional skills. You will work on tasks relevant to current business needs while receiving mentorship and training. You will collaborate with departments across the enterprise to solve business problems and support organizational objectives.
What you'll do#
- Consult with business stakeholders to understand priorities for market, competitive, and customer insights.
- Design, execute, and analyze research to address information needs.
- Develop reports and executive briefs to share findings and implications with stakeholders.
- Support data collection and analysis efforts as prioritized by department leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to complete projects and meet deadlines.
- Communicate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and escalate risks.
- Share knowledge with coworkers and seek performance feedback to support your development.
- Attend events designed to connect interns and associates across the company.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with customer relationship management software.
- Skills in quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, and statistical thinking.
- Working knowledge of database programs, data manipulation, and report development.
- Functional understanding of unstructured data analysis concepts.
- Ability to convey complex information to various levels of stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new application programs.
