About the role#
As an AI Product Intern, you will support our technology team in designing and deploying AI software and web applications. You will gain hands-on experience by working across different functions to help us improve our product development and sprint velocity.
What you'll do#
- Support Product Specialists with research and feature requirement gathering.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive products.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide testing support in both staging and production environments.
- Engage with users by providing direct customer support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure shipped products meet expectations.
What you'll need#
- You must be a Senior or Graduate student in CS, CIS, Web Tech, IT, or MIS.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
- You must have prior experience with web technology.
- You need experience in at least three of the following: AI Assisted Development, Web App development, Application Testing/QA, Amazon Cloud (AWS), Agile PM (JIRA), SaaS Product Support, Interactive Voice Agents, or HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Automation testing experience is preferred.
- You must be proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Location & details#
- This role is remote.
- The internship is available for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms.
- This is a part-time position.
- This internship is paid via a stipend upon completion.
