    About the role#

    As an IT Business Intelligence Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will contribute to our enterprise data strategy and help build analytics solutions that support our digital offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with the development and maintenance of our enterprise data strategy.
    • Use business intelligence and visualization software to build data solutions.
    • Troubleshoot data issues and help resolve them.
    • Maintain scalable data pipelines.
    • Manage multi-source, complex data sets to meet functional business requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, computer engineering, information management, information systems, or business analytics.
    • Experience applying basic statistical methods to business problems.
    • Knowledge of data modeling using SQL.
    • Experience with a scripting language such as Python, Java, or R.
    • Experience with analytics visualization tools like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or Excel.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data findings clearly.
