About the role#
IEWC is hiring an Accounting Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will work directly with our finance team to gain practical experience in daily operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
What you'll do#
- Help with monthly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Research and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial information.
- Complete other finance-related projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- You can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- You can interpret technical and business information involving abstract and concrete variables.
- You are comfortable working in a MS Windows environment and using standard business applications.
