About the role#
As a Technical Support Intern, you will work with global teams to solve client product issues. You will gain hands-on experience with IBM software solutions while learning from industry experts. This role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure their success with our technology.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with global support and engineering teams to resolve client product issues.
- Analyze diagnostics and recommend solutions to help customers optimize product usage.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to share technical insights.
- Educate clients on best practices and product functionality.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve IBM solutions.
- Participate in proactive support activities, including upgrade planning and product adoption.
- Learn how clients integrate IBM software into real-world enterprise solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- A basic understanding of troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Exposure to programming languages such as Java or Python.
- Knowledge of software development concepts and system integration.
- A focus on customer satisfaction.
