About the role#
As an SAP Consultant Intern, you will work within IBM Consulting to help clients select, implement, and support packaged software solutions. You will assist in shaping client strategies and driving business value through technology. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to engage directly with clients to meet their specific needs.
What you'll do#
- Assist clients with the selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions like SAP.
- Support strategic recommendations by applying business knowledge to drive client solutions.
- Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop process maps to document As-Is and To-Be scenarios.
- Assist in the design, business architecture, process development, and functional implementation of applications.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting project deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Mandatory return to full-time studies upon completion of the internship.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Canada.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with client interaction, presentations, or sales pitches.
- Basic understanding of project management and planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments.
- Willingness to travel.

- Locations: Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary, or Vancouver.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4-month term starting in January 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
