About the role#
As an Organizational Change Management Consultant Intern, you will join IBM Consulting to support digital transformation initiatives. You will work alongside experienced leaders to help clients navigate change, whether through enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce, or through strategic HR projects. This role focuses on helping organizations achieve their goals through structured change management and human resources strategy.
What you'll do#
- Participate in consulting projects and initiatives to gain firsthand experience in business transformation.
- Assist in developing change management and HR strategy deliverables.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver solutions that incorporate AI tools and assistants.
- Support the design and delivery of workshops, stakeholder interviews, and team meetings.
- Help create training activities, including impact assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Develop tailored communications, including written and video assets.
- Apply IBM Design Thinking to solve complex client challenges.
- Work within Agile and collaborative team environments.
- Learn about client industries and the intersection of their business and technology.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled full-time in an eligible post-secondary program, with plans to return to full-time studies after the internship.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
- Ability to understand client needs and apply a creative, logical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to derive recommendations from data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Experience with AI and collaboration technology.
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of organizational change management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to take ownership of tasks.

- Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4-month term starting in January 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
