About the role#
This internship provides experience across key Human Resources functions at our headquarters in Armonk. You will contribute to projects in talent management, performance, leadership, and talent acquisition. You will also support HR services, including payroll and technology, while assisting with compensation, benefits, and recognition tasks. You will participate as an HR partner to help drive organizational change.
What you'll do#
- Perform data analysis and conduct research to solve problems.
- Design and develop HR programs and implement solutions.
- Apply design thinking principles to your work.
- Communicate across the organization to support HR initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Experience in Human Resources and current enrollment in a Human Resources or Business Administration major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with effective time management.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and data analysis.
- Capacity to conduct independent research, summarize information, and make recommendations based on data and feedback.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, through August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid.
