About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real client projects across diverse industries. You will work alongside experienced team members to build technical expertise and consulting skills. High-performing interns may be considered for the IBM Associate Program.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to client projects and conduct research to help clients navigate market trends.
- Support operational improvement by designing models.
- Assist with workshops, meetings, and interviews to document client requirements.
- Shadow product teams and support enterprise-wide data integrations.
- Contribute to data analytics assessments.
- Participate in cloud migration and system implementations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Human Resources.
- A track record of academic success and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workloads in an agile environment and a willingness to travel as needed.
- Foundational quantitative analysis skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Openness to pursuing Workday certifications.
- Exposure to programming technologies like JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, PLSQL, Python, Java, Excel modeling, or process mapping is a plus.
