About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern at iA, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside professionals to support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. This role helps ensure the delivery of automation equipment and components for pharmacies. The internship is a 10-week program running from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review demand signals within the ERP system to determine purchasing requirements.
- Support the procurement team with supplier research, RFPs, quote analysis, and purchase order tracking.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning to support part tracking and order fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in supplier evaluations and compliance tracking, including maintaining documentation for audits and reporting.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects within the procurement team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with basic supply chain principles and tools.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Compensation: $18 to $26 per hour.
