About the role#
This internship offers exposure to various supply chain functions including global logistics, strategy, life cycle management, and manufacturing. You will work on projects that support our global operations and gain insight into the animal health industry.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks, projects, and deliverables assigned by your supervisor with a focus on detail.
- Build professional relationships with colleagues, fellow interns, and other staff.
- Maintain clear communication with your supervisor and leadership through regular check-ins and progress reports.
- Develop a deeper understanding of the role Elanco plays in the animal health sector.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master's program for Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, other engineering disciplines, or an MBA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 to August 6).
- Modality: Hybrid work environment.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Note: Travel to the corporate facility in Indianapolis is required for the opening and closing of the program.
