About the role#
As a Supply Chain Intern at iA, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmacy automation. You will work alongside professionals to support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. This 10-week summer internship runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review demand signals within the ERP system to determine purchasing requirements.
- Support the procurement team with supplier research, RFPs, quote analysis, and purchase order tracking.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning to support part tracking and order fulfillment.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in supplier evaluations and compliance tracking.
- Maintain documentation for internal audits and regulatory reporting.
- Lead or participate in process improvement projects within the Procurement team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with basic supply chain principles.
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as MS SQL or Power BI is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools like Claude is a plus.
- Exposure to healthcare-related supply chains is preferred.

- Compensation: $18 to $26 per hour.
