About the role#
As a Global Supply Chain Intern, you will spend 11 weeks working with experienced professionals to support the delivery of medicines to patients. You will gain hands-on experience in a global supply chain environment through mentorship, leadership engagement, and project work. This role is a foundation for future career growth within the company.
What you'll do#
- Analyze supply, demand, inventory, logistics, and operational data.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to develop solutions.
- Prepare project updates and present recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Engage with company leaders to learn about business strategy.
- Build a professional network through social events and educational sessions.
- Present final project accomplishments to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Enrollment in a university for the semester following the internship.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, academic projects, or previous employment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI for dashboards and data insights.
- Familiarity with SAP or a similar business system.
- Strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
