About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Chantilly, Virginia. The role is a 4-month contract supporting the implementation, testing, and stabilization of SAP MRP systems within the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the full lifecycle of SAP MRP implementation, including testing, data readiness, and go-live stabilization.
- Validate master data for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Verify bill of materials accuracy, component quantities, and planning data.
- Execute MRP test scenarios and document results, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain go-live readiness trackers and action logs while preparing status reports and KPI updates.
- Assist with inventory, forecast, and supply-demand analysis.
- Develop standard operating procedures, user guides, and quick reference materials for end users.
- Provide post go-live support by monitoring MRP exception messages and assisting production teams with data updates.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or IT.
- Experience with SAP or ERP implementation support.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems.
