About the role#
This Engineering Co-Op position offers students practical experience working on real engineering projects. You will report to the Engineering Manager and assist with various technical tasks across the facility. This is a full-time, paid position available for the Winter 2027 or Fall 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical analysis for assigned projects.
- Assist with the implementation of capital projects and maintenance activities.
- Investigate and implement improvements related to process costs, cycle times, energy reduction, and sustainability.
- Handle engineering clerical duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent software.
- Good presentation skills and demonstrated leadership experience are preferred.
