About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term within the Transaction Opinions practice. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain exposure to complex transactions and a variety of industries. This role is based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Build complex financial models.
- Analyze financial statements, industry conditions, and investment attributes of public and private securities.
- Participate in firm marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with senior officers and staff across the firm.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a B.A., B.S., or B.B.A. candidate in Finance or Accounting.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Completed coursework in accounting and finance.
- A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff at all levels.
