About the role#
ROTH Capital Partners is seeking an Equity Research Intern for a post-graduate position. This role focuses on research, data collection, and statistical studies regarding various industries and individual companies. You will work directly with Associates and Analysts to provide support through training and on-the-job experience.
What you'll do#
- Search, collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data.
- Develop and maintain financial models, market monitoring systems, and databases.
- Input data into proprietary financial models to create charts, dashboards, and supporting materials.
- Prepare portions of research reports, notes, and briefs.
- Communicate and handle information requests.
- Provide administrative support as required.
What you'll need#
- Excellent analytical skills and an understanding of relevant financial and accounting techniques.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and with speed and precision.
- Ability to express ideas effectively and fluently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
