About the role#
MarshBerry is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position supports merger and acquisition advisory, business valuation, due diligence, and financial consulting projects. Interns work as part of a project team to deliver financial analysis and research support.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client business data and financial documents to support advisory projects.
- Collaborate with project teams on merger and acquisition advisory, valuation, and due diligence.
- Convert client data into standardized formats and financial models.
- Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
- Complete projects within established timeframes and handle ad hoc research requests.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of financial statements and accounting data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects with attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
