Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

MarshBerry is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, on-site position supports the Investment Banking and Consulting Team on merger and acquisition advisory, business valuation, due diligence, and financial consulting projects.

What you'll do#

• Analyze client business data and financial documents, including converting data into standardized formats and charts of accounts.
• Collaborate with project teams to conduct fact-finding, data gathering, analysis, report writing, and value determination.
• Enter data into financial models to support advisory and consulting projects.
• Prioritize and complete multiple projects within established timeframes and guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
• Fulfill ad hoc data and research requests and other assigned tasks.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Finance or Accounting at the Senior level.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of financial statements and financial and accounting data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects with attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
