About the role#
MarshBerry is hiring an Investment Banking Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our offices. You will work with our Investment Banking and Consulting Team to support merger and acquisition advisory, business valuation, due diligence, and financial consulting projects.
What you'll do#
- Analyze client business data and financial documents.
- Enter data into financial models to support advisory projects.
- Collaborate with project teams on valuation, due diligence, and financial analysis.
- Convert various data formats into standardized charts of accounts.
- Fulfill ad hoc research and data requests.
- Prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Finance or Accounting at the Senior level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of financial statements and accounting data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

This role is on-site at one of the following locations: Woodmere, Ohio; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Plano, Texas; or Dana Point, California.
