Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This program provides direct experience in investment banking, involving work on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments. Interns will work alongside execution and support teams to develop professional skills and build industry networks.

What you'll do#

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution.
• Perform company and industry research to provide competitive insights.
• Participate in the development of client presentations and marketing documentation.
• Interact directly with senior bankers and clients.
• Work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and basic or better PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and within short timeframes.
• Academic background in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Valid work authorization in the United States.
