About the role#
This is a full-time Summer 2027 Financial Analyst position within the Corporate Valuation Advisory Services team. You will work alongside experienced professionals on complex transactions and gain exposure to various industries. The role requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Build complex financial models and analyze financial statements.
- Research industry conditions and track market developments.
- Evaluate acquisitions and divestitures.
- Examine investment attributes of both public and private securities.
- Support the firm with marketing efforts.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or B.B.A. degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Your expected graduation date is between December 2027 and June 2028.
- You have completed relevant coursework in accounting and finance.
- You possess a fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications.
- You have strong analytical, financial, and computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- You can communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- You work well with staff at all levels of the organization.
- You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
