About the role#
The 2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst program in Washington D.C. is a 10-week internship. You will work alongside full-time bankers and senior leadership, gaining exposure to the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services, Education, and Technology industries. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Run analyses to test strategic options for clients.
- Prepare pitch materials, CIMs, board decks, and management presentations.
- Monitor industry trends.
- Support financial and industry due diligence.
- Provide analytical support to senior bankers and assist with relationship management.
- Use AI tools like Claude and Rogo to streamline workflows.
- Participate in select client meetings and interact with senior executives.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising college senior during the summer of 2027.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
