About the role#
ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This internship provides direct experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments. Interns work alongside execution and support teams to develop professional skills and build industry networks.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
- Perform company and industry research.
- Develop client presentations.
- Interact with senior bankers and clients.
- Support execution teams on active assignments.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
- Financial modeling experience in Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality work products in a short period.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Current work authorization in the US.

- Location: Remote.
- Employment: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: Paid internship.
- Eligible majors: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, and Political Science.
