Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This internship provides direct experience in investment banking, where you will work alongside execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.

What you'll do#

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
• Perform company and industry research.
• Develop client presentations.
• Interact with senior bankers and clients.
• Support execution and support teams on various assignments.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• Financial modeling experience in Excel and basic or better PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work products in a short period.
• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Political Science.
• Valid work authorization in the US.

• Location: Los Angeles, California (Remote).
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Commitment: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
