    About the role#

    As an HSE Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental practices within our Industrial Automation team. You will support the safety culture and compliance of our operations by assisting with risk assessments and promoting safe work practices. You will work on real projects and collaborate with experienced professionals to protect employees and the environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Support the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.
    • Assist in conducting safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
    • Collaborate with team members to promote safety awareness and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    What you'll need#

    • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • You must graduate in December 2027 or later and remain enrolled in your degree program after the internship.
    • You have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • You have an interest in HSE practices in industrial settings and foundational knowledge in safety protocols.
    • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or document control systems.
    • You possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. We cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role.
    • Previous internship or project experience in HSE or industrial safety is a plus.

    Location & details#

    • This position is located in Columbus, Ohio.
    • This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
