About the role#
As a Chemical Engineering Intern at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside experienced engineers. You will apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects and develop professional skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the design and development of chemical processes and solutions.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize process efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement.

- Learn about safety regulations and industry best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a similar field.
- Must graduate in December 2027 or later.
- Must continue enrollment in your degree program after the internship ends.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Relocation benefits and short-term housing are provided if you live 50 miles or more from the assigned work location.
