About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in our New York office. You will work under supervision to provide administrative support to assigned departments or projects. This role involves tasks that reflect elements of a standard business curriculum.
What you'll do#
- Prepare reports and track results.
- Coordinate program developments.
- Handle routine inquiries, answer phones, and manage appointments.
- Edit documents and make copies.
- Transmit information and receive messages.
- Participate in meetings and interface with various teams.
- Assist management with data analysis.
- Conduct research for special projects.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.

- Compensation: The pay range is $23.90 to $35.85 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
