About the role#
We are looking for a part-time student to join our Data Platform team. You will help us improve our data quality through master data management and build out our data infrastructure. This role involves cleaning up customer and account records while supporting the development of pipelines that feed our Snowflake environment. You will work on various initiatives to help our team manage a growing volume of projects and production support tasks.
What you'll do#
- Analyze and clean up customer and account master data.
- Identify duplicate, obsolete, or incomplete records.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to move information from enterprise applications into Snowflake.
- Create both full-load and incremental data integration processes.
- Investigate the root causes of reported data issues.
- Develop automated checks to improve overall data quality.
- Support testing, deployment, and validation of data platform enhancements.
What you'll need#
- Experience in data engineering, data analytics, or master data management.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake, Python, and ADF.
- Understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data warehousing.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to find patterns and discrepancies.
- Skills to work independently with limited supervision.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science.
