About the role#
The Hilton corporate summer internship program provides professional experience within our Development team. You will support our growth strategy by assisting with the addition of new hotels to our portfolio. This role offers exposure to how we partner with owners and investors to expand our managed and franchised hotel estate. You will work in our McLean, Virginia office from June 1, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Engage in projects and attend learning and development workshops.
- Support your team by preparing reports, building presentations, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Develop new ideas and solutions to encourage innovation.
- Manage tasks and collaborate effectively using your organizational and communication skills.
- Work with your manager to deliver a final presentation that showcases your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in McLean, VA.
- Experience analyzing data sets and identifying trends.
- Exposure to financial analysis, feasibility studies, or market demand forecasting.
- Proficiency with data visualization or reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Architecture, or Marketing.
