About the role#
This internship program offers professional experience within a global hospitality company. You will join the Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC), which provides talent and tools to Hilton hotels. The program runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, at our corporate offices.
What you'll do#
- Engage in projects and attend learning workshops.
- Support your assigned team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Build connections through networking and social events with team members and other interns.
- Contribute new ideas to help encourage a culture of innovation.
- Manage tasks using your organizational and communication skills.
- Collaborate with your manager to deliver a final presentation on your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week, 40-hour per week, on-site program.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a leadership role within your community or a student organization.
- Previous work or internship experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Statistics.

- Locations: Dallas, Texas or McLean, Virginia.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Dallas interns receive $24.00 per hour; McLean interns receive $25.00 per hour. Both locations include a $2,500 one-time stipend.
