About the role#
This summer internship places you within the Hotel Operations team at our corporate office in McLean, Virginia. You will support the daily functions of our Americas managed hotel portfolio. This is a full-time, 10-week program designed to provide professional experience in a global hospitality company.
What you'll do#
- Support your assigned team with daily operations.
- Prepare reports and business presentations.
- Conduct research and analyze data to help develop new ideas.
- Encourage a culture of innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with your manager to deliver a final presentation on your internship experience.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to data analysis.
- A background in a leadership role within your community or a student-run organization.
- Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Ability to commit to the full 10-week program on-site.

- Location: McLean, Virginia.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus a $2,500.00 one-time stipend.
