About the role#
The Hilton Supply Management (HSM) summer internship offers professional experience within a global hospitality company. You will join a team that manages supply chain and procurement for our brands, owners, and operators. This program runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects and participate in learning and development workshops.
- Support your assigned team by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Develop new ideas and solutions to support team innovation.
- Manage tasks and collaborate with team members using your organizational and communication skills.
- Present your internship experience and learnings to your manager and team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary program, or less than one year of professional experience.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week program (40 hours per week) on-site.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Preference for candidates with leadership experience in community or student organizations.
- Preference for candidates with prior internship or work experience in hospitality or customer service.

- Compensation: $25.00 per hour plus a one-time $2,500.00 stipend.
