About the role#
The Hilton corporate summer internship program provides professional experience within a global hospitality company. This role is based in our Dallas office and runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the 10-week program. This position is paid at $24.00 per hour, plus a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.
What you'll do#
- Engage in projects that contribute to our Customer Care Team.
- Support your assigned team by preparing reports, conducting research, and analyzing data.
- Encourage a culture of innovation by developing new ideas and solutions.
- Use organizational, time management, and communication skills to manage tasks.
- Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation on your experience.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program.
- You have less than one year of professional experience.
- You can commit to the full 10-week program on-site in Dallas.
- You have experience with Data Analytics.
- It is a plus if you have held a leadership role in your community or participated in a student-run organization.
- We value majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Communications, or Human Resources.
