About the role#
We are looking for a Learning & Development intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 program. This role focuses on building engaging learning environments through digital design and live instruction. You will gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry while working directly with professionals at our office.
What you'll do#
- Design digital learning materials.
- Facilitate live classes.
- Work alongside Higginbotham professionals on specific projects.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on team assignments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources.
- Experience using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Comfort presenting to an audience.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, part-time internship based in Fort Worth, Texas.
- The program runs for 10 weeks from June 2nd to August 5th, 2027.
- This position is paid at $20 per hour.
