About the role#
This is a paid Audit Internship based in Monrovia, California, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work within a hybrid model, balancing time between the office and remote work based on team needs. This is a full-time commitment.
What you'll do#
- Assist engagement teams in documenting and executing audit procedures.
- Complete assigned projects according to established timelines and budget guidelines.
- Help organize the information flow between the client and the audit team.
- Identify and communicate potential audit issues to your team.
- Provide timely status updates to seniors, managers, and partners.
- Perform self-reviews of your work and use firm audit software to support service quality.
- Participate in firm trainings, recruiting events, and professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- You are on track to complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or taxation between May 2027 and June 2028.
- You maintain a minimum overall and accounting GPA of 3.0.
- You are an active member of Beta Alpha Psi or another campus accounting organization.
- You possess strong technical aptitude and clear communication skills.
- You demonstrate leadership through sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- You are able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative.
- You have high attention to detail and a collaborative, positive approach to teamwork.

- Location: Monrovia, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January through March/April).
