About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student position within the Power Business Unit. You will work on-site in Mississauga, supporting the team with administrative tasks, event coordination, and documentation management.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate event logistics including vendor communication, food orders, and meeting invites.
- Record and upload event videos.
- Assist event strategy managers with conference preparation.
- Manage QMS email notifications and document uploads for the Nuclear team.
- Organize the Power BU proposal SharePoint site by updating capability sheets and related materials.
- Format documents and CVs to support the proposal team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college diploma program.
- Ability to provide a transcript during the application process.
- Interest in fields such as Business Administration or Communications.
