About the role#
We are seeking a Documentation Automation Student to support our Technologies Procurement team. This internship is for a self-driven individual who enjoys working with data and improving standard processes. You will work from our Mississauga office and contribute to global procurement operations.
What you'll do#
- Support procurement activities through data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Build, maintain, and manage procurement data sets covering pricing, vendors, materials, and projects.
- Assist with the automation and standardization of recurring procurement processes, including bid evaluations, purchase order preparation, and status reporting.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of a material catalogue by managing item descriptions, classifications, and supplier information.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Controls teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a diploma or degree program in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Technology.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables, formulas, and structured data.
- A strong background in data building, cleaning, and management.
- Experience or interest in automation tools like Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, Python, or SQL.
- Familiarity with ERP or e-procurement platforms such as SAP or Ariba.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

- Compensation: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour.
