About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts to provide cyber security services. You will complete in-house training programs and work on projects designed to build your security knowledge and skills. This is a paid, part-time, remote position running from January 11 to April 2, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Complete in-house training programs.
- Work on projects to enhance your security skills.
- Provide cyber security services alongside subject matter experts.
- Attend mandatory in-person onboarding in Tampa, FL from January 11 to January 14, 2027.
- Work between 25 and 29 hours per week, primarily between 11am and 4pm EST, Monday through Friday.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment or recent study in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering.
- A basic understanding of information technology, networking, operating systems, and security.
- Demonstrated efforts toward entering the field through certifications, training, or formal education.
- Availability for full-time hire no later than September 2027.
- Ability to attend in-person onboarding in Tampa, FL.
- Access to a personal computing device and high-speed internet.
Location & details#
- This role is remote, but you must be physically located within the United States for the duration of the internship.
- This position is not available to residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Washington, or Wyoming.
- Expenses for the mandatory in-person onboarding are paid by the company.
