About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for Summer 2027. You will join project teams to support Federal civilian agencies with their missions. Interns work on real-world projects, receive performance feedback, and participate in networking events. You will be paired with a buddy to help you navigate the firm. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Solve client challenges by working in a team environment.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions.
- Lead meetings and document action items.
- Develop solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create reports and presentations that synthesize information into recommendations.
- Gather data through research of client documentation, interviews, and facilitation of work groups.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program through Fall 2027, with a graduation date by Summer 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in serving Federal civilian clients.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.
- Preferred majors include Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Data Science.
