About the role#
The 2027 Guardian Summer Intern program is a 10-week paid experience designed to immerse you in the daily operations of a global financial services company. You will engage in projects that impact our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and build a professional network with peers across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Learn how modern marketing functions as a revenue center rather than a service center.
- Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop campaigns aligned to the sales cycle.
- Gain hands-on practice with marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results.
- Learn about Guardian’s purpose, values, and our suite of product and service offerings.
- Build a network of colleagues and develop a sense of community with other interns.
- Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information.
- Receive coaching and mentorship from supportive leaders across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status with a graduation date of May 2028.
- Interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement.
- Curiosity about how the customer journey informs and shapes marketing strategy.
- Interest in digital marketing, including purposeful digital advertising, customer engagement tracking, and campaign performance measurement.
- Ability to work on-site in New York.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

- Compensation: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour.
