About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program running from May 27, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work within the Corporate Finance & Risk team, specifically focusing on Compensation & Benefits FP&A. This role provides exposure to the daily operations of a global financial services company. You will engage in business projects, interact with senior leaders, and network with colleagues across the organization. Successful completion of this internship may lead to consideration for the Finance Leadership Development Program.
What you'll do#
- Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Support Position Management functions, including system reconciliations, status updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Help prepare reports, work papers, and provisions.
- Participate in daily business tasks and meetings.
- Think broadly about data and ask questions to understand the business.
- Build a professional network and learn about company products and values.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status (graduation date of May 2028).
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Comfort with finance and accounting principles.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and Workday.
- Willingness to explore different functions and career paths.
- Ability to work on-site in New York.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
