    About the role#

    As a Tax Intern, you will participate in tax consulting and return preparation. You will work alongside partners, senior executives, and peers as part of an engagement team. This role provides exposure to tax research, planning, and the preparation of supporting work papers for various projects.

    What you'll do#

    • Review data input and assist in the review of tax preparations.
    • Identify, research, and assess various tax issues.
    • Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities.
    • Work on client engagements across a variety of industries.
    • Collaborate with client team members to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Participate in mentorship meetings, social events, and team-building exercises.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
    • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated project management skillset, including planning and time management.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a complex team environment.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
    • Willingness to work additional hours and travel to client sites as needed.

    • Location: New York, New York.
    • Term: Winter 2027.
    • Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
    • Compensation: $91,800 per year.
