About the role#
As a Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will join our Transaction Advisory practice to support M&A transactions. You will work alongside partners, senior executives, and peers to examine financial data for both buy-side and sell-side clients. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience across various industries while building professional relationships within the firm.
What you'll do#
- Work on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish.
- Manage data flow and monitor the dataroom.
- Coordinate with the offshore support team to build analysis packages and interpret financial data.
- Build custom analyses to identify key insights for clients.
- Drive the deal process by managing internal and external deadlines.
- Participate in meetings with clients, target company management, private equity firms, and investment bankers.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including project planning and time management.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize financial information and large datasets.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Location: Arlington, Virginia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least three days per week).
- Compensation: $40.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time internship.
